Jagor & Jagor employs state-of-the-art equipment throughout our offices. Here are just a few examples:

Digital X-ray: With digital radiography, patients are exposed to 50%-90% less radiation than with traditional x-ray techniques. Digital enhancement also allows for more accurate diagnosis. And because it requires no chemicals to process, as traditional x-rays do, it’s not only better for you — it’s better for the environment.

Soft Tissue Laser: The soft tissue laser is used for surgical and cosmetic procedures. As a minimally invasive tool, it enables patients to heal about 30% faster as compared with traditional techniques. In some cases, is can be used effectively without anesthesia.

Intra-Oral Camera: To aid in diagnosis and patient education.

Digital Photography: Enables faster, more accurate communication with labs.

Plasma Arc: Uses light waves to help speed the bonding process for a variety of procedures from fillings to veneers.

State of the Art Sterilization: All instruments used are sterilized after each use. First they undergo a thorough ultra-sonic disinfection and are then completely sterilized in a steam autoclave.

Prophy-Jet and Ultra-sonic Scaling: Both these technologies can be used in regular cleaning as requested by the patient. The Prophy-Jet is an advanced air polishing system that is excellent for removing stains caused by foods, drinks or smoking. Ultra-Sonic scaling can remove calculus from your teeth more effectively and quicker than the traditional hand scaling instruments.

Virtual Reality Glasses: For some patients, nothing goes better with a trip to the dentist than a good movie. With virtual reality glasses, you can watch movies and TV shows during dental procedures. Studies have shown that entertaining distractions are effective at calming anxiety. At Jagor & Jagor, your comfort is topmost in our mind.

We use only local customized and highly specialized labs for prosthetics and other manufactured dental components instead of relying on large “mail-order”, mass-production facilities.
